(24) तस्मात् therefore ; शास्त्रं Shastra ; प्रमाणं authority; ते of thee ; कार्याकार्यव्यवस्थितीकार्यस्य च अकार्यस्य च व्यवस्थितौ of duty, and, of non-duty, and, in the determination; ज्ञात्वा having known; शास्त्रविधानोक्तं शास्त्रस्य विधानेन उक्तं of Shastra, by the rule. spoken ; कर्म action : कर्तुम् to do ; इह here ; अर्हसि oughtest.
