Agra (or Agraka) Koti or upright; remainder; also used for agra. Agrā Amplitude, or Rsine of amplitude, of a heavenly body at its rising. Also used for agra or upright. Agraphala Same as Kotiphala. Ahargana The number of days elapsed since the beginning of Kaliyuga (or any other epoch). Ahoratrajiva Same as Dyujya. Aja The sign Aries. Aksa Terrestrial latitude i.e. lati tude of a place.
