R. 15.99, I beg to state that I can do nothing in the natter without the authority of the College Council, which will probably not meet till October next. Meanwhile, I would suggest that as the MS. in question is not a very long one, the Professor might have rotary bromide photographs made of the whole at a reasonable charge, which would be more satisfactory than sending the MS. itself to India.
