सदोगारसुगन्धीनां फलानामलमाशिताः ।
उकारेषु च धान्यनामनभीष्टपरिग्रहाः ॥ ३८ ॥

संस्तावमिव ण्वतश्छन्दोगानां महाध्वरे ।
शिञ्जितं मधुलेहानां पुष्पप्रस्तारशायिनाम् ॥ ३९ ॥

आलोचयन्त विस्तारमम्भसां दक्षिणोदधेः ।
स्वादयन्त फलरसं मुष्टिसंग्रहपीडितम् ॥ ४० ॥

न्याय्यं यद् यत्र तत् कार्यं पर्यायेणाऽविरोधिभिः।
निशोपशायः कर्तव्यः फलोच्चयश्च संहतैः ॥ ४१ ॥

सीता रक्षनिकायेष स्तोककायं श्छलेन च ।
मृग्या शत्रु निकायानां व्यावहासी मनभितैः ॥ ४२ ॥


 38.— featers to the fill of the fruits that are ever fragrant during eructations, but not desiring consumption of heaps of corn;

 39. — listening to the humming of the bees resting on fower-couches, the humming resembling praises sung in chorus by Saman-singers during a great sacrifice;

 40. — observing the expanse of the waters of the Southern Ocean, tasting the fruit-juice squeezed out by the pressure of the fists;

 41. — by you, not hostile (to one another), should be accomplished, by turn, whatever task be appropriate at whichever place and you should indulge in nocturnal sleep and collection of fruits, (by turn).

 42. ‘‘Sita should be searched for, in the abodes of the demon through guile, by you whose bodies will be made tiny and who will not resort to (mutual) recrimination before hosts of enemies.
