 [१](a)  Daiva (in Malayalam characters)
 [२](b)  Do.  Do.
 [३](c)  Purushakara (with Daiva)  Do.
 [४](d)  Do. (incomplete)  Do.

In manuscript No.(c) above mentioned, the 94th leaf is missing. But as thereby only 360 letters could have been lost at the most, and as, after much enquiry, no other copy of Purushakara, not even a portion of it, could be procured, I had to content myself with the very nearly complete manuscript. From these four manuscripts, and consulting Sayana's Dhatuvritti and other treatises, I have edited this work. I have also added a few foot notes to bring out the meaning of Purushakara here and there.
